I Received lots of support and help from Hotel Front Desk in finding for "Solution" in foreign country/Italy! My Advice: Please Do Not try to find a phone number/talk to someone over the Phone. Go to Airport and Speak to Airline Desk!! Airline Desk agent in Airport spent 30 minutes to find another flights and REBOOK my entire flights from Italy to Canada with 2 days delay. Two delay was Okay for me/for vacation. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Hotel esclusivo situato sulle tranquille rive dell’Isola della Giudecca, l’Hilton Molino Stucky occupa un antico mulino ristrutturato. Marco and Elisa were super Nice!!! They helped us with everything! We arrived with a huge problem, they stole us in the public transportation, but Marco and Elisa did everything for us to be happy during our stay in the hotel. Best hotel in Venice.

Hotel veramente fantastico nella struttura delle camere e del giardino, staff estremamente professionale, competente e gentilissimo, in particolare Cristiane che ci ha aiutato dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno in ogni minimo dettaglio. Anche la sua collega disponibilissima nel guidarci per la struttura. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualitá, cosí come i cocktails per la sera serviti dal barista Jacopo, sempre cortese. Io e la mia fidanzata siamo entusiasti del soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate!

The host was excellent and had coffee for us along with Prosecco. But the most important was the place it was nicely decorated. The apartment is larger than the pictures and is super relaxing. The description of how to reach the place was so easy to follow. I would love to come back

Hosts were amazing and the apartment was in very good condition. We had everything we needed. The hosts even picked us up from the bus station and showed us how to get to the island of Giudecca. The location is perfect, as it’s away from the tourist hotspots on the main island - think the beauty of Venice without the crowds. But you can easily get to the main spots via ferry very easily!
