Breakfast was good. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful! close enough to walk to everything but just far away enough to be away from the busy noisy area.

Secondly, the hotel has the best view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge and last but not least, the friendly service of the staff and the excellent breakfast, which provided an ideal start to the day. We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful hotel that left us with only positive memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and seeking an unforgettable stay. Just 100 metres from Rialto Bridge, and a 10 minute walk from Saint Mark’s Square, Antica Locanda Sturion is located at the third floor of a historic building with no lift and offers immediate access... The room was cosy, quiet and very clean and the bed was comfortable and a great shower. The breakfast was really lovely with fresh fruit salad, fresh bread and croissants, plus cooked options with eggs etc. The location was perfect, just next to the Rialto bridge, with an amazing view of the Grand Canal from the breakfast room. The staff were helpful and friendly too.
