Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, huge and luxurious rooms, rooftop bar, very personal service. Although it’s a big hotel chain, it felt like a boutique hotel. We have tried another 5 star hotel in KL during our stay, but Banyan Tree was the absolute best. The hotel is connected by a bridge to Pavilion shopping center which makes it the ideal location.

Located in Kuala Lumpur, 700 metres from Berjaya Times Square, Sleeping Lion Suites features views of the city. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. I liked everything! The incredible view, the staff is very helpful and polite, the room was top rated, I had a kettle, tea / coffee, all the toiletries! There was enough space for everything and the bathroom is modern and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, no crowds. I was lucky and I never had any queues at the lifts. There were enough of them. Plenty of eating options nearby as well as MRT station. The hotel is one of the best ones that I ever stayed at! Thank you very much!

In a prime location in Kuala Lumpur, lyf Chinatown Kuala Lumpur offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We loved our stay at Lyf. We read reviews about the TV not having channels therefore we brought our tv stick with us and the staff were so helpful in helping us get it connected to the TV despite that we arrived very late at night. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were able to give us information and recommendations for everything that we needed in our stay and this was invaluable to us as we only stayed for one night. We got a room upgrade for free upon arrival and loved the room. The bed was very comfortable, all utilities were new and clean. The shower and bathroom were fitted with modern fittings and quality products. The concept of the hotel was very retro, with lots to see on the 12th floor which we thought was quite cool. The herb rooftop garden is still under renovation so we were unfortunately unable to see it on this stay however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return upon our next visit to KL.

Ideally located in the Bukit Bintang district of Kuala Lumpur, Indie Hotel Kuala Lumpur is set 1.3 km from Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, 1 km from Starhill Gallery and less than 1 km from Pavilion... The rooms and location was Superb❤️ looking forward to come back hotel after our outings. A very comfy, peaceful place to Stay indeed! Cleanliness of the room is all well kept👍👍 will sure to come back for our future stays😀

The breakfast was great! So many varieties. The room was nice, seems pretty safe and secure. The Christmas decor was nice. It was connected to the mall with one of the most beautiful christmas decor in Malaysia or even in the world. The staffs were so respectful and nice! Amazing time!.

It was great service, great view of the city from the rooftop, awesome location, clean and tidy, included towels for the pool. The best hotel we’ve been to so far on our trip. They also had a gym, however pretty small.
