The ED Amsterdam is set in Amsterdam in the Noord-Holland region, 700 m from the Rijksmuseum and 1.2 km from Flower Market. Location: close to the bus station to and from the airport, public transportations and restaurants It was clean and the room looked exactly as in the pictures. The breakfast is good and you have plenty of choices.

Located in the Oud-West district of Amsterdam, Hotel van de Vijsel is 300 metres from Leidseplein. Staff was amazing the place was beautiful and the location was perfect , such a cool spot!

Hotel Heye 130 er staðsett í Amsterdam, í 400 metra fjarlægð frá Vondelpark og í 600 metra fjarlægð frá Vondelpark-útileikhúsinu. Í öllum herbergjum er flatskjár með kapalrásum. Location is amazingly convenient. Staff is super friendly

The Tire Station is situated in Amsterdam, 120 metres from Vondelpark. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, a pastry shop and private parking. This hotel is equipped with solar panels. The location is fantastic it is 3 mins walk away from Vondelpark and about 10 mins walk to Rembrandtpark, there is also a tram line which is 5 mins away by walk that takes you to central station with many stops on the way including Dam square (Tram 17) The rooms are well size for 2 people remember that most rooms are small in Netherlands however i found this well sized (room 207) the bathroom has a stand up shower with a glass door (so no splashing around ) and hot and cold water is available There is hangers a good kettle with selection of tea and instant coffee and the beds are comfortable with goose down …. The view of this room was on the street , brings in good light in the morning , can be sometimes noisy at night (just people passerby) and the curtains are blacked out so for those who need dark rooms this is available too The tv is good size and few English channels, you just got to keep looking for them

CityHub Amsterdam offers social accommodation in Amsterdam. Guests can make their own drinks in the on-site self-service bar. If I had to choose one word to describe CityHub Amsterdam it would be "perfect". Never in my life have i experienced such an amazing and warm experience. Having already downloaded the app before arriving, even though I didn't have network, the map on the app somehow picked up where I was, giving me the useful assistance to find the hotel while battling bags and the rain. On arrival I was welcomed by Mathias, one very bubbly fella (definitely the type of person you'd want to be greeted by). My first impression: "wow, this is better than the pictures". The check in process was rather simple, scan your booking QR code at the self help desk, choose which pod you'd like (climb in - top, or dive in - bottom), last but not least assign a waterproof, weather resistant RFID wristband to you and your pod & boom bobs your uncle. You're set to go. I chose pod 16, the dive in option. After finding (which was rather easy) the pod, I was set for amazement. I expected the pod to be tight on space but wow was I wrong! Such a spacious pod. First, the most important thing - a whole very comfortable double bed. Ample space to move around and space to put your bags. You're given two towels (which can be topped up after use), 2 bath gowns, a few hangers and a few hooks to hang your things on (I used them to act as my clothes hanger to drive wet items from the rain). The pod is equiped with bluetooth surround sound and two plug points and two USB holes. Remember the app I spoke about...you can use that to control the lights in your room and chat to the hosts on duty. You can chat to them about anything you want. Looking for a friend, looking for a restaurant, looking for something to do in and around Amsterdam. They got you covered. Roos recommended the apple pie at Winkel 43 - possibly the best apple pie I've had in my entire life. Amazing recommendation!

Hotel De Hallen is located in the Oud-West district of Amsterdam, 2 km from Dam Square. It offers an a la carte restaurant and non-smoking rooms with free WiFi. Very cool, industrial looking hotel. Clean, aesthetic rooms.

Hotel Larende er sjálfstætt hótel í Amsterdam sem býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og sólarhringsmóttöku. Matarmarkaðurinn De Hallen er í aðeins 4 mínútna göngufjarlægð. Great room 102 with a little balcony. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the fresh fruit salad was a nice surprise, as was the coffees made to order. So much cupboard space, not many coat hangers though. Storing our luggage on checkout made it easier to see just a bit more of Amsterdam. Watching the bridge at the end of the street open and close was very interesting. 15 minutes on the tram 13 took you to central station.

Amsterdam Marriott Hotel offers 5-star level service with modern accommodations and facilities in the city’s heart, across from Leidse Square. The location of the hotel is perfect. All the points of interest are within walking distance. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the airport as the Airport Express bus line 397 terminates in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel there are tram bus stations for various lines that cross all the city. The family room is ideal for families with 2 children as the beds are big and very comfortable. The staff at the lobby are very kind and helpful.

Alp Hotel er lítið og heillandi hótel sem er staðsett beint í miðbæ Amsterdam, 600 metrum frá Jordaan-hverfinu. Hótelið býður upp á ókeypis Wi-Fi Internet og garð með verönd. Staðsetningin mjög góð, hæfilega langt frá miðbænum. Tram stoppar beint fyrir utan hótelið sem er mikill kostur. Frábært starfsfólk. Yfirmaðurinn er sennilega besti maður sem ég hef kynnst. Bjargaði því að ég fékk töskuna mína tilbaka sem ég gleymdi í leigubíl. Ég mun bóka aftur á Alp Hotel þegar ég fer næst til Amsterdam
