The 5-star Altis Avenida Hotel offers luxury accommodation in the heart of Lisbon city. It is within a 5-minute walk from the shopping triangle, Rua Augusta Street, Chiado and Liberdade Avenue. It was old hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Staffs were very kind and helpful. We reserved two rooms for our family and they were connected! Inside the bathroom there was a small plastic chair so it was really good for my old parents to sit down. Beautiful hotel with good price, so I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Lisbon and close to a metro station. The rooms are palatial and tastefully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The service is top notch and very warm. The hotel offers port wine in the room as well as complimentary port, ginga, and snacks at the bar. We unfortunately didn't try the breakfast but we heard that it's excellent.
