Located in Bairro Alto, the bohemian and cultural heart of Lisbon. with rooftop views across to the River Tagus on one side, and the Castelo de São Jorge on the other. Beliggenhed, personalet og var rigtigt hyggeligt.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. The breakfast was exceptional, the location is great. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. We have really enjoyed our stay at Anjo Azul and would happily return if in Lisbon again. It's ideally located in one of the back streets of Bairro Alto, which is in walking distance to bars, restaurants, patisseries, the Baxia/Chiado Metro station and the 28 tram stop. The staff are absolutely brilliant - so friendly and helpful.
