I left a empty small wallet in the room and I was contacted from the staff.

When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

I was travelling alone and it was everything perfect! The hotel and room super cleaned! Pillows and mattresses very comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff super nice, always available! Great position. If I'll visit Lisbon again I would definitely come back here.
