Right from wen you enter - the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their service and personal touch is very good. Even Victoria the walking tour guide(a must do!!) was superb!

Breakfast was very delicious. Front desk staff excellent and upgraded us as it was our anniversary. it was very much appreciated. Excellent location as well!

The property is primely located in Lisbon's centre, just a 5-minute walk from historic Chiado.... Nice room, small but it had everything needed (wardrobe, desk, nice bed). Good co-working facilities (extra service).

Excellent location, very helpful staff, they give us all the support needed to even before our arrival. Amazing rooms and decoration is epic.

Independente Bica asub Lissabonis suurepärases paigas. Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad, restoran, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja baar. Breakfast was SO complete and yummy! It was prefect right before my flight. The location couldn't have been more perfect either! It was just a few steps from multiple options of restaurants, bars, and even a tram station.

The rooms are so spacious and are well curated. The views are great of the square. The staff was so helpful in finding places to eat and drink. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. All around GREAT value. Definitely worth a visit, it will make your trip perfect!
