The hotel is renovated and modern, the rooms are very clean, the staff room cleaning is great, the red hair girl at the reception is very nice, the location is wonderful, the staff is great! It was winter and our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Condensation from the pool drips from the ceiling so the room is not suited for leisurely lounging on a chair. But for swimming and playing with the kids it's perfect. And that's what we were looking for.

But that shows us the big problem we have in tourism. If novotel cant find the right employees imagine the rest hotels. It's a pity hospitality employees not to be hospitable at all not even a goodmorning. Arrogant caring only for themselves. Also the image of a male dressed as female at the reception is too much. Everybody has their preferences and life but at work we all should try to offer what customers expects and not what we want.
