It was my second visit and it was my birthday and they upgraded my room which was a pleasant surprise my family loved the room and a Birthday cake was sent to the room which was unexpected.

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is located in downtown Marina Bay, Singapore. Superb location with easy access to the Marina Bay Gardens and plenty more. Promenade metro station five minutes walking distance, covered all the way from the elements. Multiple malls within walking distance. Easy access to everything you want to see, from Sentosa island to Orchard Road and to the zoo and everything in between. 20-25 minutes from the aiport by taxi. We had rooms facing the bay and the Sands hotel - easily one of the best views I've had from any hotel. Staff are excellent, breakfast is superb and finally a gym that could easily be a commercial facility. Great selection of free weights, cardio and weight machines. It does not come cheap but you get what you pay for.

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and well located, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is out of this world awesome, make sure you include the buffet!

Room was super clean. The linens and towels are all fresh. Appliances are all provided eg hairdryer, ironing board and water boiler. The staffs are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They are very consistent in providing great hospitality to the guests. Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes. Great view outside from the hotel room balcony.
