Staff is friendly, rooms comfortable, pool is nice and everything is clean and well maintained. Located outside of the city walls which is an advantage, the neighbourhood is local and calm but still walking distance to the centre.

We stayed at five hotels during our trip in Thailand, and Na BaanYa was definitely the best! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, they helped us with anything we needed, we loved playing with the dogs, and we even got free snacks. The room itself was really comfortable, and this was the only hotel where the AC wasn't directed at the bed, making it possible to use it at night.

The property is perfectly situated in Chiang Mai and is near some great night markets and restaurants and pretty much all of the city is easily reachable through the grab app or if you want you can rent an electric bike at a nearby shop. The staff from the front desk works to the housekeepers we’re incredibly kind and super helpful whenever we needed help. It was great starting the day seeing the positivity from the staff at breakfast and throughout the day and night.
