Everything! The hotel was contemporary, clean, smelled great! Breakfast was simple but consistently good. Front entrance can be a little hard to miss but the location was good and within walking distance of good restaurants and amenities like laundry and 7-Eleven. Staff was wonderful. So polite and helpful.

Objekt POR Thapae Gate nalazi se na dobroj lokaciji u gradu Chiang Mai, a nudi klimatizirane sobe, besplatne bicikle, besplatan WiFi i vanjski bazen. everything! breakfast was yummy, tucked away yet close to the night bazaar and with walking distance of the rest of old city. the staff are INCREDIBLE! helped us book a ride to wat pha lat and gave suggestions on other activities/restaurants - very hospitable and kind, much like the rest of thailand. very clean facilities, excellent value - highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous new hotel which is spotlessly clean. The staff were really wonderful, very friendly and always available to help with any queries, nothing was a problem!There is such a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is really good and having water, fruit and snacks available throughout the day is very welcome. Pool area small but lovely to relax at after a day of sightseeing. This is also spotless, the staff are constantly cleaning.

Delicious homemade breakfast served every morning. Newer hotel, comfortable room, great location next to temples, street market, short tuk tuk ride to Nimman St. Friendly staff, room was made up daily, always available cappuccino machine and snacks were a nice touch.

The owner lady is so kindl, she help us a lot to arrage our trip to Chiang Rai, because we couldnt get any bus ticket (sold out coz almost new year eve), then she gave us option to get there by private tour, she call everybody that she know, and finally we can make our trip to Chiang Rai, and the property is surrounded by nice cafe & resto

The place is nice and clean, aircon works well, the room is big, it has a fridge, balcony, etc. The location is perfect, a few mins walking from 7 eleven a nearby restaurants. The staff is amazing, they were very helpful and kind, we are grateful that we stayed here, we will definitely come back here :)
