The apartment was large with a full kitchen and all the utensils. The aircon was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The washing machine was a bit confusing to work out but once we did the drying function was very convenient. The staff were amazing and Sara was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and the water temperature was perfect.

It was a perfect stay, I will definitely come back. I have chosen this hospital because it was close to Dunyagoz hospital, but it has exceeded my expectations. It has lovely staff, especially Mehmet, Kadir and Rumeysa, they make you feel like home, they are very welcoming. The cleaning lady is doing the daily cleaning and she is very polite as well. I would like to mention some key advantages of this hotel: -location - 5 mins walk distance to metro station Yenimahalle (this metro can take you to Asian side of the city); it is also close to other buses which connects you to other parts of the city as well -nearby you may find a lot of shops and restaurants with prices lower than in the touristic area -good wireless connection -whenever you stay to relax in the reception a friendly face is asking you to serve tea or coffee.. -we have stayed a big room with a living area as well Thank you all for giving me and my mother a beautiful stay in Istanbul!

Located at the seafront of Florya, Crowne Plaza offers an indoor and a seasonal outdoor pool. Spa, wellness centre and hammam are also available in the property. I love it . The location is great -next to the beach and mall . It is so clean- they clean your room everyday and staff are so friendly

Situated within walking distance to Bakirkoy Square, the recently renovated Mercure İstanbul Bakırköy Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. This was my second time, staying in Mercure hotel... Everything was perfect, the stuff , people who work on reception are so kind and friendly. Room is comfortable and clean, its 10 of 10 !
