We arrived at the hotel with exceptional welcoming. Prior to our arrival, we had low expectation and hesitance due to the hotel location being in busy and crowded area. Instead, we felt ZERO noises. Sadaf would always send out desert & hospitality to your room. She always makes sure you are having good time.I would definitely come back for my next trip.

Muhammed is the nicest person ever, he is born to be a hotel manager, extremely helpful and generous, hospitality at its best. And the breakfast was a real PLUS! Typcial turkish dishes, with changing elements every day - beyond our expectations!

Set in Istanbul, within 1.3 km of Galata Tower and 1.3 km of Spice Bazaar, Hotel Momento Golden Horn offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Second time staying here and once again it was an excellent experience. Location is very good, near the Galata Bridge and just a 5 min walk to Galata tower. Rooms not big but very nicely decorated and very cosy with all amenities, including coffee and tea making facilities. Spotlessly clean. Wifi very good. Breakfast is served in the roof restaurant with awesome view over most of the city. Also had dinner there and was very good. Best thing about the place is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and always with a smile. Special thanks to Sedat, Fatih, Serdo Turan and to the guys at the restaurant for giving us such a nice table. You will certainly see us again!

The place is super cozy and clean. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from metro and you can easily find a cab to wherever you want. The manager and all the staff are very kind and helpful. The area is very safe day and night. I highly recommend the place.

Unioni Hotel Karaköy asub Istanbuli kesklinnas, 400 meetri kaugusel Galata tornist ja 1,2 km kaugusel vürtsiturust. Rooms are super nice, clean and comfy. The staff was absolutely amazing, super kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the wonderful bellboy.
