Great service, variety of products in the breakfast area, excellent location close to the theatre, stores, etc. The room was comfortable and clean.

Located in the heart of the Chicago city centre, this hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk from the luxury shops of Michigan Avenue and the banks of the Chicago River. the hotel is in the perfect location to visit all the attractions. we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. All the staff were fantastic especially Mark on the front desk and Fannie and Javier at Breakfast.

This boutique Chicago hotel is located in the heart of city, just 5 minutes' walk from the luxury shops of the Magnificent Mile. It features modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. I stayed at one of the panoramic rooms. It was so beautiful to look out onto the city. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I felt instantly at home with the staff, I felt cared for at every moment of my stay. It was walking distance to the center, fantastic restaurants around the area, and I felt so safe with security at the front and a key card to get to the room. One of the front desk staff, Babs was extraordinary. Although I was in a city that wasn’t familiar, he made me feel welcome, safe and cared for throughout my stay. I will be back and be letting everyone I know to stay here the next time they are in Chicago.
