Sanctuary Hotel New York is a boutique hotel located 140 meters from Times Square and within 322 meters of Radio City Music Hall. It offers free WiFi throughout the building. Location, modern style and above everything: THE STAFF. From the moment we came in, they greeted and welcomed us, offered us help with luggage and they were amicable during the check in, offered us coffee and water, showed us our way to the elevator, gave us directions, there so friendly and awesome! The shower was also amazing!

Wonderful location. Just right across Rockefeller Plaza. Generally everything is close by and can be walking distance. Subway stations are also pretty near. Hotel was very clean, housekeeping cleaned well everyday and replenished toiletries accordingly.

All the service, the room, the location, facilities, the staff. Highly recommend. The room had slippers, a bathrobe, an umbrella, a coffee machine, bottles of water, an iron all the accessories like in a 5 star hotel.
