Great staff, explained really well what to see, what to do, etc., right on arrival. The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk to all the busy touristy parts, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet area. The free bikes are ok (as compared to falling apart in other hotels we stayed at), though note that they are all pretty small, which makes it difficult if you are tall. Breakfast was superb, the best out of all other hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Vietnam.

The hotel is really charming and confortable near the Old Town (10 min walk). The staff, specially Lyn and Zoe, is wonderful making our stay there even more special.

Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Hoi An. Featuring room service, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. Everything was fabulous: the locations is great, by the river, 2 steps from the old quarter, we had a room with a river view and balcony, that was exceptional. The breakfast was variate, fresh, and very tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was also great. Last, but not least, the people working there are wonderful: kind, helpful and so lovely. We miss you and thank you so much for everything! We also booked a driver and did an excursion to My Son organised by the hotel. Everything was so perfect. Good recommendations for activities, restaurants and Taylor. We cannot recommend enough.

Offering a refreshing outdoor pool and a spa centre, Nostalgia Hotel and Spa is situated just 900 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge in Hoi An. We had a great time at Nostalgia! Kevin and My were very welcoming. Kevin so handsome and warm. They offered us food and coffe free of charge once we arrived and did everything to take care of us through our stay. When we mentioned some of our plans for the day, they arranged a driver for us and took us to some local spots and showed us the city without us having to ask for it. I loved the hotel and the staff service was amazing. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Exceeded my expectations. Affordable prices for an exceptional quality.

We LOVED everything during our stay. Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind to us and helped with any questions during our stay. Our room looked exactly like the pictures, we had all of our needs met, beds were comfortable breakfast was also amazing and delicious (some freshly made in front of us). We took advantage of the bikes you can rent - it is super easy to go around hoi an with that, my mom also had. massage appointment which she also throughly enjoyed. Thank you som much for having us!

Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Hoi An. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine. We loved our stay at Son! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - just a quick 5 minute (free!) bicycle ride along the river into the Ancient Town. Our room was very spacious and clean with spectacular, unique design and decoration. I'd highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Hoi An!
