We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel. We spent five nights here, and it was amazing. Originally, we had booked a hotel in Danang, but we changed it quite last minute, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Hoi An is a lovely and cozy city that has a lot to offer, including day trips to other places. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool; it was a fantastic place to relax after a long day. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. We received plenty of recommendations for trips and things to see. The breakfast was great. The hotel's location is also very good; it is situated in a calm area, but you can easily walk to the center. We also appreciated the bike rental service.

The staff were exceptional - friendly and completely attentive. A shout out to Ms Mica - she helped by email with many details of our very special stay at the Allegro. One of my favourites so far after travelling South East Asia the last few months! The loveliest family run hotel with the sweetest people. Pho was so helpful with everything, from giving a map with recommendations for everything from food to activities, to booking tours, transport etc. They even checked in on me to see if I wanted something to eat when I was sick and in my room! Rooms are spotless and have a great modern bathroom with good shower pressure. They'll also make you free coffee (salt coffee my fave) and tea anytime you like. Very good location close to all the main areas, but down a little side street so away from the footfall. Would definitely recommend!!!
