The staff was very kind and helpful. They attended to all my queries before we arrived and until before we leave. The property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, clean, comfortable. There are all the utensils for cooking. Also, you can buy right here melons of different varieties, watermelons, wine, olives, and many other delicacies. In a cozy gazebo, you can enjoy the Venetian sunset. It is very convenient to get to the free parking by car and take a streetcar to the island of Venice.

Clean, well prepared and hospitality! Lovely place with a fair price, the host is super nice, prepared everything we need to visit in Venice. The room has kitchen area, TV with free Netflix account, and a good floral fragrance. The location is 5 min away drive to the train station, then two-stop train to Venice, also 10 to 15 mins driving to the airports. Which seems very convenient for us since we are taking a road trip.

Wonderful people and a wonderful stay. Very welcoming and cooperative. The garden is very beautiful and it was a very pleasant experience. Would love to visit again.

Everyone was super friendly we got greatet very nice and the host showed us arround himself it only has a few rooms so it's super quiet and lovely. The breakfast was exceptional and the offered bikes were a nice addition to the stay so we got to explore the island even before breakfast! Loved our stay 10/10!
