My boyfriend and I came here because we were climbing Mt batur for sunrise. Loved the tents, extremely comfy beds, very lovely and clean showers/toilet and the staff were so friendly. Extremely peaceful and such a unique experience waking up overlooking Mt batur before climbing. We were also welcomed with drinks and they made great food. Also you got electricity in your tents (charge phones and a light). 10/10 will recommend!

to be honest i wish no one knows about this place haha as it's a gem, just so beautiful, comfy and clean. Very romantic to go with your partner and watch a sunset. They even got wi-fi and outlets!

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Bei guter Wetterlage hat man Blick auf die drei höchsten Vulkane Balis und kann auch den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super lieb und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns zu jeder Zeit Essen und Kaffee gemacht zum ganz kleinen Preis und auch mit Extras wie einem Regenschirm versorgt, als es regnete. Die perfekte Unterkunft wenn man den lauten touristischen Gegenden Balis entkommen will und noch etwas von Balis ursprünglicher Natur aufsaugen.

Beautiful, romantic little place on earth. Great view, unique little 'homes', very comfortable beds. The staff was really nice and the facilities exceeded expectations. Coffee and tea is available in the rooms We stayed for 1 night, but we could've stayed here a lot longer.

It's a lovely and peaceful campsite with luxury glamping pods. Bed was amazing. Bathroom too. The pod is absolutely wonderful. Stunning view. The gardens are beautifully kept and it's nestled up the hill away from the town noise as much as is possible. The roaring of the jeep tours is deafening in other parts. At Samuh, you are spared their torture for the most part. The staff are beautiful. Some other review says the staff are not great. I think this person mistakes a campsite for a hotel with staff waiting on you. The staff here are not meant to wait on you. It's a campsite. In fact, you get out what you put in. I had a great time here with local staff. It's exactly what people who enjoy camping and visiting campsites around the world would expect to experience. Thank you Samuh Camp team!
