claudia is a lovely host who welcomes you with a big smile- this make you feel at home immediately. the facility is nice and beds are very comfortable.

I stayed for three nights and from the beginning, everything went really well. The check-in was really smooth and the facilities were top-notch. The host was really friendly and provided me with a summer card that allowed me to visit amazing sites including Kitzsteinhorn, Stauseen, and Alpine road (with a discount) to name a few. The room has a kitchen that has all that one needs to cook the food. The toilet is also a very clean and decent size. Overall pretty amazing experience and I am already planning to come back to Zell am See in a few months and stay in the same place and this time with family.

החדר היה מרווח, מרפסת נוף מדהימה. מקבלים כרטיסים לנסיעה באוטובוס לאינסבורג לאורך כל השהיה. יש ציוד מטבח מושלם .המחיר תואם את הציפיה.

המארחים מקסימים ברמות ומפנקים, נותנים תחושה של בית, אפשר לפנות אליהם בכל שאלה או בקשה והם ינסו לעזור בכל מה שניתן. על האירוח מגיע להם 100/10. יש תחושה של בטחון כי יש מפתח כניסה לפנסיון ולכן זרים לא יכולים להכנס. המיקום נוח, צמוד לתחנת אוטובוס שממנה יוצאים אוטובוסים לאטרקציות ולרכבת, נקראת בשם פוסטפלטצ. בחורף המיקום שימושי כי קרוב גם למעלית סקי. החדרים נוחים ונעימים. יש מעלית במבנה. יש חימום ברצפת חדר האמבטיה. נקי מאוד. יש ריח טוב בחדר. החדר מרווח, מעבר למיטה יש גם ספה. מיקום שקט. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מגוונת ומשביעה. מגישים תה/קפה וביצים לבקשת האורח. בהחלט ממליצים בחום ונרצה לחזור אם נהיה באזור.

The perfect place for being in heart of ski resort. At the same time the hotel is calm and with feelings like in family house. And the special note about one thing, that was made me happy every day is smell of coffee! How it works I don’t know, but I had been waking up of smell of coffee like in an advertising ;) Thanks!

This was our second time here, we experienced what we expected. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, super kind owner (who takes care of almost everything but the cleaning), good location, free privat parking, comfy bed, calm neighbourhood (which is not usual in the city center of Zell am See...).
