Every little corner! It is beautiful and peaceful. Extremely well maintained and with the greatest host on earth! Franco is unbelievably welcoming and accommodating to his guests. He loves what he does and takes care of his property with passion. My family had the best time there, breakfast was our favorite meal and soon my mother in law is coming because she also wants to have the Franco experience. Thanks for making our mornings such lovely memories! I will be back!

This is an Ecuadorian family owned hostal. The family is incredibly kind and helpful. I had zoom job interviews and they let me borrow a private room and set up a table. In addition, the beds are incredibly comfortable. The dorms have full sized beds.

Enjoyed this amazing stay in Cuenca . The hotel had everything my husband and I needed . We went on a couple get away and enjoyed the city , the views , the night life . Our hotel was right in front of a great view , so many attractions nearby . It is not loud at all , hotel was cleaned and staff was extremely helpful .

The room was well kept and the staff were such amazing people they always try to help in every way. Not to mention the wifi was super fast. Steaming hot water. Again the staff helped me with every question I asked. Another great thing is the location is 5-10 minutes from every hot spot to go to.

Location was good, close to the historic section. Breakfast was included. Louis and Dolores made sure we were comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but it was fine. The shower had hot water with a good pressure. Soap and towels were supplied. There was ample sitting areas.  There was a kitchen and fridge available to us.

The location was excellent to have easy access to the town. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The showers had amazing pressure and the water got very hot. They have a cool rooftop area as well. And one of the receptionists helped us book our mini bus to Guayaquil which was very helpful, and they were very quick to respond on WhatsApp.
