Everything was really nice. The host was really friendly and caring. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which, in Seville, is a must. There's a little kitchen which allows you to buy food from Lidl (5 min walk) and save some money on eating out all the time. It's located near the metro station, shopping center and supermarkets. It's absolutely worth the quality for such a small price in comparison.

This is an excellent apartment. It is spotlessly clean with all the necessary facilities. Its location is excellent being located in wonderful Triana but just a 10-15 min walk from all the major attractions in Seville. Raul, the proprietor could not have been more helpful, he is a brilliant host.

What a lovely place to stay, it is in the perfect location to explore Sevilla - a stones throw away from the most beautiful spots, and surrounded by lovely little eateries and bars. The room is modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We stayed in room 2 with the patio which would have been amazing if the weather was a bit better! We had one evening when it didn't rain and it was lovely relaxing outside before we went out for a meal. The service was very friendly and welcoming, communication was outstanding. If we're ever fortunate enough to visit again we'll hope to book a room here again.

Perfect place for active tourists. The location is great and near all the sightseeings and bars (to go in the evening). The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean. My expectations were met.
