I needed a good value place to stay in Tel Aviv, especially as it's such an expensive city. For the price this place did exactly what I needed, a simple place to stay of a decent size. What's really nice for the price is that I got a double bedroom and another room with a single bed plus kitchen facilities. It's exactly as advertised.

it's much more comfortable that I expected. Excellent public areas, big rooms. There is a shared cooking area with all amenities and free tea, coffee and milk.

It was exactly as advertised. Not fancy, but clean and has everything you need. We had to keep changing our arrival time to later and later and the owner was very understanding.

Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

Very friendly and helpful host. The kitchen with everything you need, the apartment is in a good location, there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a store and one that is open on Shabbat. To the sea 18 minutes on foot, the road goes past the market where you can eat good food. But it's better to download an app to rent scooters. Our room was without a bathroom, but the apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets, though one toilet is very small. There is a usable roof, which is fun to hang out on in the evening. A small fridge with beer. All in all, I will probably come here again next time.

Such a lovely place. The place is beautifully decorated, super clean, quiet and cozy. My room was very comfortable and anesthetic. Shared areas are convenient and well equipped. Staff help online is very fast. Perfect. Location near beach, market, bars and restaurants. Fantastic value for money.
