The hosts are very helpful, have a lots of tips and have a good sense of humour. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Guest house Cedars is located just a 2-minute walk from the town center of Builth Wells, boasting views of the Wye Valley. There is free WiFi access available and the property offers free parking. Rooms were clean, fresh and warm! Guest info provided - including all pubs/places to eat within 10 miles (with phone numbers etc for each!) En Suites - clean and tidy Breakfast got a big thumbs up from both of us who stayed! Good location - within walking of village/town centre

Between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells, the family-run Lion Hotel in Llanbister offers 4 well-appointed rooms and a cosy dining room and bar. There is free on-site parking and Wi-Fi at this Powys inn. Beautiful location. Enjoyed our hosts and the information they shared about the history of the area. They kindly provided a ride to snd from the rail station as well.
