The house is in a very central location with a great view of the park. Approx. 10 minute walk to the centre of Arras and there’s a Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house. The house had everything we needed - very comfortable, warm and clean. Great cooking facilities - an oven and microwave. Just to note that there are two bathrooms but only one has a (great) shower (off the en-suite). The other bathroom has a shower in the bath. No problem for a family but mightn’t suit everyone.

Perfect location to explore Arras on foot but also convenient to come and go by car. A lovely little house, very well equipped and very comfortable. Sylvain was a fabulous host - he responded to any queries immediately, regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, and also sent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.

A really stunning property, set in the old abbey grounds. The building itself is spacious and well maintained. We only had a couple of nights there, but would happily stay again.

Very cosy cottage close to city centre. Plenty of parking (used EasyPark App) a few footsteps from the front door made life easier on arrival/departure day.

The absolute cleanliness of the apartment and the lovely artwork. Veronique was very responsive and the location of the apartment is just a short distance to the 2 main squares of Arras for eating and drinking. There is also ample parking in the street and the property also has a garage.

The key collection instructions were easy and the owner met us as we had arranged and ahead of schedule . The location is very good and within walking distance of shops and bar/restaurant. Free secure parking was a bonus.
