Tropical Fruit Garden is a detached holiday home, located in a quiet spot in the southern part of São Jorge Island, in Azores. the house was very comfortable and very clean. Don’t forget to get a tour of the magnificent gardens!

Caldeira Guesthouse is situated in Calheta, 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, in the Azorean São Jorge Island. Super kind staff and chill vibe!!! Free use of the boards and other equipment is definitely a plus.

Casa Do Antonio is just 100 metres from Velas Port, offering spacious rooms with cable TV and free tea and coffee for guests. Rooms boast views across Pico Island, the sea or the port. Antonio was really nice and waited for me until midnight because the ferry was late. It is a 3 minutes walk from the port wich was very convinient as I arrived late. The view from my room on Pico and the church was veeeery pretty in the morning. And the breakfast was simple but good with various breads. . Will definitely recommend this place for someone arriving late by the ferry or want to stay a few days in Velas.

Quinta dos Mistérios- Turismo de Habitação se găsește în Fajã de Santo Amaro și oferă WiFi gratuit și o grădină cu o piscină în aer liber și vedere la mare. Amazing and adorable staff. The owner is so welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home.

Quinta dos Dragoeiros - RRAL Nº3452 se află în Queimada și pune la dispoziție cazare cu WiFi gratuit și vedere la oraș, precum și o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The property is located near the airport, and the hospitality was a delight! It was indeed a pleasure to have met the owners who were so kind and friendly, and offered a ride to and from the airport!

Rui's home is located at the end of the village in the most peaceful area with a stunning view. Yet it's close to everything. We had an amazing time here. Rui is the most amazing host I've ever meet. He is helpful, thoughtful and always available to help with anything that can come up. Rui helped us to plan our stay on the island, gave us ideas what to visit and welcomed us like we were family. Rui's place is not just another nice accomodation on the island, it's a home away from home. And I would recommend anyone who wants to have a real Sao Jorge experience to stay with Rui. We will definitely return.

Can only recommend if you are staying in Velas

Perched on the mountains of São Jorge Island, Cantinho offers a furnished terrace with an infinity pool and a hot tub. It offers luxurious, air-conditioned apartments with a private patio. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The large sliding glass doors allowed for exceptional views looking over Velas and the surrounding mountains from every room. Breakfast was the typical buffet style. All in all This a great place to stay in São Jorge.
