Very clean with a very approachable vibe (both the interiors and the staff). The location near the train is so convenient! I left my luggage after check-out, explored the city then passed by to pick-up my things before departing Florence. It's a quaint hotel with cute events, varied facilities, and drinks & water easily available.

The Hotel is really nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly. Near the hotel there is a tramway station which goes directly to the Santa Maria Novella train station (and the city center is close to the station). The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely book a room there again.
