The really friendly and helpful front desk staff. They helped so many times with every single issue I had throughout my journey in Florence. i absolutely loved the gym, there were enough facilities to maintain a proper shape. The location is great as it's not far from the train station and all the main attractions as well.

Although they just opened this summer, it's already a well organised place! Great facilities, amazing staff, delicious and divers breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms. Would definitely stay here again in the future! I was here during very hot weather, but the building and rooms have AC which made it really comfortable sleeping and relaxing after a day exploring Florence. Also the hostel can be reached easily by bus or tram!
