The showers have nice warm water and there are many. So don’t worry but bring your own soap - shampoo and conditioner, yes they have hair dryers. There is kitchen and it’s nice. It’s a nice place to socialize and meet people, if you don’t like meeting people why the hell you come to a hostel. Don’t come dirty with smelling clothes and socks, take a shower and wash your undies and socks. Take the Free walking tour of city it’s just 1.5 hours tour but it will give you a lot of information. The down town starts just 2 mins from the street behind the hostel and yes there is a awesome community pool there, it’s cheap and a nice place to enjoy the thermal heated pool. The hostel does not check people before 3 pm bcoz they have to clean the rooms and tidy up the beds and change sheets. My personal experience with the front desk staff was awesome, every person there is elagant polite and friendly. I don’t remember ask names but Andres and Makkaa were fabulous. I messed up my bookings with my pickup on my return to the airport and Makkaa fixed it by calling the bus company in a few minutes. She is fantabulous and full of energy. Yes they help you with keeping your luggage at no cost for few hours and it’s safe. What else you want?
