This room with a private bathroom where you can also use the kitchen for a coffee, a mate or heat food in the microwave... my house is very well located and only 10 minutes from or to the airport in the city of Neuquen. 20 minutes from or to downtown of Neuquen city , 300 meters from National Route 22 that takes you to the south or north of the country....

It is a private neighborhood with a lot of vegetation and you can even eat fruits fresh from the tree such as: pears, grapes, cherries (depending on the season), you will love this villa.
