Our company deals with investment projects for short-term rentals in Vienna. In April 2022 we have expanded our capabilities and opened a new department "Home in Vienna", which is responsible for managing the property and assisting our guests. We are considered a pretty young company with less than 10 individuals of different genders, ages, nationalities and backgrounds, who have lived in various countries and cultures over the course of their lives. It is the individuality and uniqueness of each of us that helps us understand the needs of our guests. Our core values are hospitality, responsibility, conscientiousness, teamwork, providing each guest with individual attention and maximum comfort. Every effort is made by our team to serve our guests with the same quality as the hotels and look after our guests with heart and soul!

In about 15 minutes the U1 underground line will take you to the historic city center, where Austria's most important buildings such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna State Opera, Karlskirche, Secession, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Museum of Natural History, Parliament, City Hall, Hofburg are located. If you want to see Vienna's landmark – Gustav Klimt's golden works 'The Kiss' and 'Judith' – the U1 underground line will also take you to the magnificent Belvedere Palace.
