The Famous Dish (Parkes Observatory) is 30km out the Dubbo road located at 585 Telescope Road with a lovely Dish Cafe. The Amazing Lions Park is also close by with FREE BBQ facilities and play equipment for Children and families. The Parkes Information Centre and the Parkes Museum are also worth a look with a great day out.
