Our property is a 4-sided house of 120 m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a wood-burning fireplace and toilets. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley from the large bay window overlooking a 25 m2 pilotis terrace. Upstairs, you will find two cocoon bedrooms with two 1m40 beds, ideal for a good night's sleep. In addition, an office equipped with all the necessary ergonomic equipment for teleworking (standing desk, ergonomic chair, tilting stool, curved 1000R 47 inch screen, lamps, ...) is also at your disposal. To complete the floor, a modern bathroom with Italian shower and double sink. Our house also has a large fenced garden of 10 ares, where you can relax and enjoy nature.
This house has been recently renovated with eco-friendly materials such as straw, cork, wood fibers, clay, and wood. A rainwater tank has been installed to reduce the environmental impact. The insulation is optimal, which means you will be comfortable in all seasons, without getting too hot in summer or too cold in winter. The house is heated only with a wood stove, which ensures a warm and comfortable atmosphere. We provide the firewood and kindling for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a JURA bean-to-cup coffee machine, a silent extractor hood, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a large refrigerator. Everything you need to cook delicious and healthy meals is at your disposal. Located on the heights of the village, the house offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. All amenities are available in the village, including a bakery, pharmacy, shops, hairdresser, massage salon, doctor, and even an acupuncture center. For nature lovers, hiking trails start just 200 meters from the house. You can discover a lake, a pond, kilometers of forests, and green fields. An ideal setting to recharge your batteries and relax.
