I’ve been traveling and using booking for the last 7 years and I can say Izgrev Sarafovo place is one of the best I ever stayed. The rooms are sparkling clean , beds are clean and comfortable. Even the stairs in the house are clean. I was surprise how cheap is the price for what you get. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I had a balcony which was a big plus. The host let me check in very late and he even helped out to put my stuff upstairs, because I was with my dauther and had a lot of luggage. I highly recommend Izgrev Sarafovo to any guest who likes to enjoy their stay

The owner was extremely friendly, and he went out of his way to communicate with me prior to my arrival to ensure that he could be present to welcome me and explain the house rules. He then offered me a ride to the airport because it was raining in the morning. He also advised me on where to go for dinner and which beaches in the area are worth visiting. Excellent fellow!

Everything was wonderful. The location is great and easily accessible from the airport and to the beach. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were always clean. Even the other guest were polite and respectful. The host was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about this pleasant place. 😊

Everything was perfect at Vila Sarafovo, from the location close to the beach to the comfort of the room with a private balcony and the shared kitchen with everything you needed (including a big fridge and a coffee making machine). I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony at the first hours in the morning. The room was cosy and included a sofa with a table so I was happy I could work from there. The owner is very nice and even gifted me a beautiful stone he found near the beach.
