Everything went very well. This is the third time I have come to the Hôtel du Lac, and I have never been disappointed, the hotel meets my expectations. I particularly appreciate the kindness and help of the staff, the breakfast, the swimming pool and the shuttle service to/from the airport.

I loved the room and bed. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I also liked the Olympic Size pool. There were kids in the pool but it was also large enough to accommodate guests. I also liked the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious, and it was nicely presented. There were many options to choose from. I also liked the freshly brewed coffee and many fresh juices. And the staff was attentive. The manager at the breakfast was attentive. She helped me with translating items on the menu into English.

The staffs are very friendly,the staffs at the reception speaks English and that's a plus and I one of the staff stand out his name is cedar I like him because he smiles alot and he is always willing to help
