Noncompliance of this matter will result in cancellation without refund** - Do not leave the dog unattended in the suite at any time. - Cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, rodents, and birds are prohibited in the suite. The hosts perform all the cleaning and maintenance of the suite. They are highly allergic to the dander and proteins from the skins and saliva of these certain animals. We are fun loving, easy-going, never wanting to grow up kids at our cores. We have been living the Kootenay life style since 2008. We moved from the Okanagan for the pristine outdoor adventures and rich history. We love camping, hiking, four wheeling in our jeep and planting our butts in a the hundreds of local creek, river and lakes with a cold one after work during the summer months. During the winter months, we enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and just sitting by a warm fire and gazing upon the magnificent snow covered mountain views that surround us. We also have a huge passion for the local natural hot springs in the area that we very much enjoy year round. We have 2 amazing children that are growing up to be such amazing people and following in our foot steps. Our daughter Jordyn in our son, Leyton. We also have 2 dogs, a maltipoo names Molly and a Bernese mountain dog named Gus. Our dogs go everywhere with us! We love sharing the Kooteney's with others! This is why we've decided to make our suite a short term rentals so others could be exposed to the Kooteney lifestyle that we love so much. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood where every one watches out for each other. There is a park with a basketball court, playground and community garden across the street. There is also a beautiful river side path where you can sit, enjoy a picnic and watch the ducks. Hot Shots coffee & eatery is half a block down the street next to the TD Bank. Golf simulator is one block away as well Parking for two vehicles on the premises via Ali access. Our parking spots and suite access are lit at night. Locate transit bus stop half block away. There is a shuttle service from the mall parking lot to the Kimberly ski hill. The mall is within 7 to 10 minute walk.
