Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This brand new 750 sqft 2 Bed Basement Suite comes fully furnished with 1 bath, private access & off-street parking. Located in the stunning quiet Rosewood Meadows area of Saskatoon surrounded by parks and retail centers, our apartment is loaded with stylish finishing packages that include New York Style cabinetry, stainless steel under-mount sinks, trendy vinyl plank floors an in-suite laundry, and lots of storage spaces. My name is Ugo, and I've been living here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for the last 6 years. I enjoy meeting new people and familiarizing myself with other cultures. This is, essentially, why I've decided to become a short-term host.
Neighborhood description Rosewood is primarily a residential neighborhood considered a high-income area. Located in the Lakewood Suburban Development Area, Rosewood can be accessed through Boychuk Drive to the west, Kingsmere Blvd, and Taylor Street to the north. This property is a few mins walk to a Retail Centre which boasts a Tim Hortons, a Health Centre, Pharmacy, Asian Restaurant etc...or take a one min walk to the adjoining commercial development with a Seven Eleven, Gym/Fitness Centre, Mobile Tech store, Leopolds Tavern Pub and Grill and a Ripe Tomato Pizzeria.
