The large sliding window doors allow for seamless movement from inside to outside (vice versa) and give way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/land in harmony with the river. In Charlevoix Region, in Cap-à-l'Aigle, 5 minutes to La Malbaie. In La Malbaie you have all grocery shops and necessary shops. 15 minutes from Mont Grand-Fonds for skiing or hiking. 10-15 minutes from many nice activities like hiking, golfing, kayaking, beaches etc. More than 5km of trails for walks and strolls all around the property.
