There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the property. 3 bedrooms have private ensuites, and 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one of which has a full bath and shower. The property sits on a 1.5 acre piece of land that is heaven for your furry friends. You'll have access to an outdoor covered pool, with a massive 12-person poolside work area that doubles as a dining area. An outdoor kitchen with a propane stovetop, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and a firepit BBQ is in close proximity to the co-work area. I (Trevor) live directly on the property and will be present to help you with your check-in. Any assistance during your stay, or guidance you may require, I'll be available either in person or through digital communication channels. I regularly surf in early mornings, and am quite the accomplished home cook. I'd be more than happy to hook you up on either of those things.

Remember that we are located in a Tico neighborhood latched between the jungle and farmland. There are domesticated and wild animals all around us. You'll hear dogs bark, roosters, jays and crows at all hours. If you're a light sleeper and not used to noise, ear plugs and/or headsets are a good idea.
