The complex has a community pool (one of the unique in the area protected by the winds), it is located near the beaches: La Troya (350m) and Playa Bobo (700m) and it is close to everything you need for a dream holiday in Tenerife: beaches, restaurants, pubs, terraces, supermarkets, 24h pharmacy, bars, terraces, discos, the famous Veronica strip, the gorgeous long ocean promenade, souvenir shops, night clubs, Mini Golf etc. It is situated at a walking distance to Avenida de Las Americas – Tenerife Golden Mile - with Hard Rock Café, terraces, high end shops, singing fountains etc. 1 Km to Siam Park/Siam Mall and 2.5 km to AquaLand. In this period please be aware that in the main building important renovation works are taking place, which could sometimes create sonic or visual discomfort. The neighborhood is very central, 350m to the beach, it is having breathtacking views and it is in the heart of vibrant life of Playa de Las Americas, with all the services available to the hand. You can enjoy different restaurants with very varied food for all tastes, bars, pubs, mini golf. Multiple stores, supermarkets, excursion agencies, rentcars, pharmacy, night clubs. One of the best, the black sand beach "Playa Troya" is 400m, 5 min walking, Milla D'Oro of Tenerife 900m, Siam Park 1km. At 350m there is Playa de Las Americas for surfers and ocean nature lovers. The nearest airport is Tenerife South Airport, 17 km, 15-20 minutes. At the entrance of the building there is a bus and a taxi stop.
