Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this apartment located in the beautiful residence of La Ronceray. In a superb park, with a tennis court and direct access to the beach and hiking trail. In a quiet residential area, 100 meters from the sea, 300 meters from the beach. On the 3rd floor with lift, it consists of a beautiful living room turned with lounge, living room, open kitchen. The room has a superb sea view and a balcony. The balcony is north facing, equipped with 2 deckchairs, 1 small table and 2 folding chairs. At the entrance a separate toilet with a shower. A corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room. The 4 hectare park is shared with the other accommodation. You will have access to the tennis courts, there are parking spaces in the residence and a private garage for your car. You will be greeted personally by someone from the Cocoonr agency in Saint-Malo who will present the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys. Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wi-Fi internet access.
