The living areas in the mid-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Velvetiser, dining seating for four people, along with a sitting room hosting an electric fire and a Smart TV, along with an external utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with a patio, gravelled areas, furniture and bike storage, along with on-street parking. Within 5.5 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.4, a pub. Please note that this property is smoke-free. 2 x small to medium well behaved dogs accepted.
