The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, DVD player, iPod dock, a selection of games, and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite, and a family room with Smart TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed (livestock nearby) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. Laird House offers a delightful base for a Dumfries and Galloway escape.
