Nice room,good breakfast,we upgraded to a suite for a minimal carge and got lots of extras although the normal room rate is pretty expensive!

We upgrade to the penthouse as the room we had book was smaller than expected.

room service was not great at restocking coffee tea etc

It was a bit hot and with fixed windows we had to rely on the air con to keep us cool - it was not entirely effective all the time

did not appreciate the hotel trying to move us on our arrival at 11.15pm. Arrived to be informed they had over booked and wouold need to move us to a different Park Plaza hotel for the friday night but that we would be unable to stay there for the saturday night and would need to return to our original hotel!! We found this totally unaceptable as this would have destroyed the relaxing nature of ou
