1950 's Newly renovated Property . My aim was to make it as hassle free as possible , and for it to be a modern home from home accommodation with a Holiday feel . Easy Self Check in . Ideal for those Wanting Self Catering , travelling with Children , Attending local Weddings , Sight seeing , Visiting Family locally , On Business and needing Accomodation . The property is situated on the edge of somerset with scenic views looking out over Dorset , Devon is only half a mile up the road , meaning you can explore three counties during one stay . The Jurassic Coast is close by , Beautiful Lyme Regis being our closest beach 20 mins drive away , Close enough but without the hustle and Bustle of the busy Tourism. Various other beaches Such as : Charmouth , Beer , Sidmouth , West Bay , Branscombe , Exmouth , weymouth all stunning beaches and great days out . A Hamper of Goodies awaits all my bookings , I also include all the added extras like shampoo , conditoner , body wash etc , I start you off with most things so your holiday can begin from the moment you step inside . WELCOME TO ` SERENITY IN SOMERSET ` My name is Lisa , and I am the Owner of Serenity . I currently work full time in Business Management , and bought serenity as a run down renovation Project in 2021 , can proudly say that this something i can now tick off my bucket list . Serenity has been fully booked since opening with an array of AMAZING people coming and going , Ive honestly met some truly lovely people and welcome them all back any time in the future . I have 3 children who all in turn, have helped me with this project , they've seen me sweat , cry , laugh , giggle , stress , shout , swear but we're all human after all ... Now all they see is Pride !!!!! This is my Business that i am proud of , I offer you an Outstanding Service , Easy peasy Holidaying , Stress free , Self Check in . I leave you to enjoy your Stay but am close by if you need me for anything at all . All i ask is to look after my property , treat it well and have the most amazing comfortable stay . Located in the pretty rural village called Tatworth which is situated on the edge of Somerset , between Chard & Axminster.... Our neighbouring counties Devon and Dorset are only a stone throw away , allowing three counties to be explored in one visit . The Jurassic Coast is Extremely Popular with my Guests who don't wish for the busy hustle and bustle of tourism , the beaches are close enough to travel too daily but with the hectic feeling of being suffocated with tourism . Serenity is Situated on a `B road` , Ideal for easy Motoring . You will hear traffic during the day , Unfortunately this is Something that is out of my control but by night it is Quieter . Free On street Parking is available . Serenity is Surrounded in a lovely Neighbourhood , With a Village Store directly across the road which provides everything you need . Tatworth has a quirky old Cottage style Pub/ restaurant Near by , to walk it would be 15 minutes or so , otherwise various Other restaurants are A short drive away . Take Away deliveries also Availble . Driving is always the easiest option to get around But if you wish to travel in another way, we are on the main bus route to Taunton and Dorchester & Weymouth, Axminster train station is 10 mins drive & Crewkerne train station is 15 mins drive. Local Taxis companies are also available.
