Arguably the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep.

Only 50 yards from Tottenham Court Road underground / tube station (Exit 3) serviced by the Northern and Central Line. Within walking distance of the City's main Shopping areas of Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street. In the heart of Theatreland, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Chinatown and Soho.

Unique to the hotel, guests are able to enjoy (at a very nominal charge of 4 GBP per person per stay, payable locally) access to one one the largest and best equipped Health & Fitness facilities in Central London, featuring 25m Fitness Swimming Pool, extensive Cardio Zone. In addition, over 100 exercise classes, climbing wall, table tennis etc can be used by guests subject to availability. Other activities, Massage and Beauty Therapy, plus a number of speciality classes are available at an extra cost.

There are four Guest Lifts in service between reception and the 11th Floor (access to the 12th Floor is via a short flight of stairs from the 11th Floor). Two of these lifts also service the Health Club on the lower ground level.

The hotel has a Casino (operated by Gala Casino) adjacent to the hotel. Enquire direct with Gala for detailed joining procedures (guests must join by completing a membership form, provide proof of permanent address and passport or drivers license as ID).

Hotel was very central, next to Tube Station on Totenham Court Road, Theatres, Soho and excellent value for money

The location was amazing close to everything.

A very busy hotel allow some time for booking in and out. Not a problem normally but we had left it a bit close for catching plane.

Location: close to underground Tottenham Court Road. Close to Oxford Street. Breakfast OK but I missed fresh vegetables.

Extremaly small room and bathroom. It was difficult to turn around in the room not mention the bathroom. No heater in the bathroom. Quite loud.

it as just terrible...they checked us in for an hour and a half and the whole hotel was made or build for dwarfs. no space in the room no space in the bathroom and what dissapointed me the most is dirty sheets in my bed.I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone...I have slept in many London hotels and I am sure this hotel will never see me again.

I have stayed at the St Giles before and have booked again for later this year. Always find the staff very pleasant and helpful and the hotel is well situated for shopping and theatre.

their breakfast area is like a canteen not presentable to the image of the hotel, the corridors is smelly they need to do something about it.

the rooms was nice and was good they looked after our bags on the last day so we didnt need to carry them around with us

just would of been better if we had a mini fridge as we couldnt even get any milk to keep for the morning

It was ideal for access to shopping and theater district

bar prices were higher than we expected, we go to London twice a year for shopping and shows food portions in bar/restaurant were not great.
