Wonderful Greek summer, may actually never ends. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport to get to the house. There is public transportation to Athens every 20 min until late in the evening and is just 45 min drive by car to the center of Athens. Just 800m from the beach walking distance to all restaurants, open-air cinemas, beach bars, water sports and the Temple of Poseidon is at 15km. The villa is just renovated this year all the appliances are brand new and there is working space for laptop computer. The house can host parties and events of up to 50 people, catering can be arranged including DJ’s or live music. In the case of events such as birthday or weekend parties the owner should be informed prior to the arrival. For any additional visitors to the house ( for any event) even if they are just visitors and they not staying overnight the owner should be informed prior to arrival. An increased deposit as guarantee will be discussed and special conditions ,such as cleaning and preparation costs as well as liability insurance(for the event). Catering services have to be outsourced. The house is delivered clean.

In case the visitors have small kids the house has entrance to a private playground. The owner is available for the visitors to help them any time of the day.

Generally the neighborhood is not very noisy and the road at the front of the house is private in case the kids wants to enjoy bicycling. If required there is a possibility to provide elecric car or motor bike or bicycles for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Or to arrange for you a private tour around the area.
