Please note that the Hotel does not accept Visa Electron to guarantee reservations. If a Visa Electron is used, the reservation will not be guaranteed and will be kept on a waiting list. Please note that a room will be assigned at the arrival only upon availability.

For reservations of more than 6 nights the Hotel Morgana requires a 30% deposit at the moment of the reservation (50% deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights); the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt.

Please be aware that for reservations of 4 or more rooms, full pre-payment is required and the standard cancellation policy will not apply. Hotel Morgana will send the client a booking agreement with the new cancellation policy and pre-payment conditions.

All reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card held by the guest. If the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is held by a different person the reservation will be not accepted and the Hotel will require a cancellation notification

The location was good. Very close to the Termini. We booked two rooms - a triple and a master suite. The triple was nice and big.

The master suite (2 persons) in the main part of the hotel was probably not worth the extra money. However, we did not see what a normal double looked like.

The main reason for selecting this hotel was the fabulous pictures of the master room that we booked. Upon arrival we discovered that this room is in another building, 100mtrs away, and that you must return to the main hotel for breakfast or if you would like a drink in the residents bar. This is not highlighted on any site and left us feeling a bit cheated. Everything else was no problem.

Around 10 minutes walking from Colosseo. They had a good wifi.

The carpet near the window was wet. They had two glasses in the fridge but after we used them they took them but they didnt replace them.
