In the heart of Siena in the Contrada del Nicchio, this 80m2 duplex located on the 3rd and last floor, has been recently renovated and equipped with high quality mattresses, home appliances and furniture. On the 1st level is the bathroom with a large shower, a cubicle containing the washing machine, and the living room on which the kitchen opens. Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and the terrace. The 1st bedroom has a 160cm double bed, from the window you can enjoy the view over the Sienese countryside up to the Val d'Orcia and in the morning you can admire magnificent sunrises offering subtle plays of light over the tuscan hills. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be used separately or joined. From this room you will access the terrace, the real gem of our apartment, with a view over the rooftops of the city, the Mangia's and Duomo's towers. As this terrace is totally out of sight, you will enjoy the sun and the view in complete privacy, and admire incredible sunsets over the city. To accommodate 2 additional people, the living room is equipped with a high standing sofa bed of 160cm. The apartment is also equipped with a Smart TV and high speed internet with fiber optics.

We are a Franco-Italian couple of opera singers and have a little daughter born at the end of 2018. Our profession takes us to travel a lot and in recent years we have lived in many cities and therefore in many different apartments. We have used our experience of travelers to equip our house in Siena so that you can feel at home! Although being located right in the historic center, 5 minutes from Piazza del Campo and full of all the services and shops you may need, the area is very quiet and residential (there are no night places on the street where is located our apartment and the passage is relatively limited). Since Porta Pispini is also very close, it is the ideal solution for those arriving by car as there are plenty of free parking spaces just across the Porta.
